摘要
目的:观察中药内外结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法:120例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者分为两组。对照组56例给予常规西药治疗;治疗组64例给予中药内服并保留中药灌肠治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率为60.9%,总有效率为84.4%;对照组治愈率为39.3%,总有效率为50.0%,两组总有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药内外结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕有较好疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of internal and external TOM therapy for infertility due to obstruction of oviduct. Methods： 120 cases of patients with tubal obstruction infertility were divided into two groups, 56 cases in controlled group,64 in the therapeutic group. Regular western medicine were given in the controlled group; partly internal and partly reserved enema TOM therapy were adopted for the therapeutic group. Results：Curative rates reached 60.9 % in the therapeutic group with 84.4% total effectiveness,while 39.3% curative rates and 50.0% total effectiveness in the controlled group. It has significant statistic difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Internal and external TOM therapy can get better therapeutic effect on tubal obstruction infertility and it is worth popularizing in the clinic.
