影像引导非小细胞肺癌适形调强放疗技术进展

摘要 放射治疗是非小细胞肺癌(non—small cell lungcancer,NSCLC)的主要治疗手段之一,60%以上的NSCLC患者在其治疗的不同时期需要接受放疗。NSCLC放射治疗的目的是最大限度地减少放射性肺损伤,并在确保患者生存质量的前提下,控制局部肿瘤生长、延长患者生存时间或达到治愈,因此,理想的放射治疗是在给予肿瘤高剂量照射的同时,最大限度地保护周围正常的肺组织,这就需要准确地确定肿瘤靶区,
