摘要
随着医院医疗信息系统的发展与需求,手持设备在医院信息管理系统中的应用领域不断扩大,掌上电脑在护理工作中开始得到应用,改变了原有的护理工作方法,提高了护理工作效率和管理水平;同时也带来了很多新的管理问题。通过在临床应用掌上电脑过程中对护理人员进行培训与管理,讨论存在的问题,提出改进措施。
With the development and demands of medical information system in hospital,the application of palm-equipments has been greatly extended continuously, and PDA has began to be applied in nursing work. This equipment has changed the traditional way of nursing work and significantly improved nursing efficiency and management level. Meanwhile, it also has brought some new management problems. This article introduced the problems, as well as the training and management strategies in the application of PDA.
