摘要
通过试验表明:用台茶12号制作的乌龙茶花香高长,滋味醇爽滑口;制作的绿茶外形紧细、绿润显毫,汤色黄绿明亮,香气为栗香带花香,滋味浓厚;制作的东方美人茶外形蓬松显毫,有浓郁的熟果香或蜜香,滋味甜醇回甘。
The experiment shows that the oolong tea made by ＂Tai＂ tea No. 12 has the features of strong fragrance, smooth taste, the green tea made by it has slim appearance, green- yellowish liquid, flower fragrance and denseness taste, the ＂orient beauty＂ tea made by it has puff appearance, strong fruit fragrance and a little sweet taste.
