摘要
在UV固化油墨中添加一定数量的热交联剂会改变油墨的干燥性能,当热交联剂含量超过一定值时,即使增加紫外线照射时间,墨膜也不会彻底干燥;反之墨膜的干燥性能不会发生变化,与之对应的热交联剂的含量称为临界值。研究了热交联剂在EA系列UV固化油墨中的临界值问题。该临界值的发现是研制一种新型热成型UV固化油墨的关键点。
The drying performance of the UV curing ink can be changed by the addition of a certain amount of thermo-erosslinking agent. There is a critical value of the concentration of the thermo-erosslinking agent in the UV curing ink. The ink film will never be dried when the concentration of the thermo-erosslinking agent being over the critical value under the normal drying condition for UV curing ink. The critical value of EA series thermo-erosslinking agent in UV curing ink was studied. It is the key point for preparing the UV curing ink contained thermo-erosslinking agent .
