摘要
综述了国内外烟草中生物碱的提取和分析方法,主要有蒸馏法、超临界流体法、离子交换法、光度法、色谱法、毛细管电泳法等,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了分析。
Different approaches and techniques for the extraction and analysis of tobacco alkaloids were reviewed, including steam distillation, supercritical fluid, ion exchange, spectrophotometry, chromatography0 and capillary electrophoresis. Advantages and disadvantages of these methods were also compared.
