摘要
目的:测定糖尿病患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1),以探讨其在糖尿病血管并发症发生、发展中的作用。方法:检测25例2型糖尿病血管并发症患者血糖(BS)、甘油三酯(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和sICAM-1水平,并与33例糖尿病无血管并发症患者和50例正常对照组比较。结果:糖尿病患者组BS、TG、HbA1c、sICAM-1等各参数均显著性高于正常对照组(P<0.01),糖尿病血管并发症组TG、sICAM-1显著性高于非血管并发症组(P<0.01)。HbA1c与sICAM-1呈正相关(P<0.01),TG与sICAM-1水平无相关性。结论:sI-CAM-1参与血管内皮细胞的炎症损伤,并促进了2型糖尿病血管并发症的发生和发展。
Objective To measure and compare the serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule ( sICAM - 1 ) in type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM) patients with vascular diseases. Methods Determine serum blood sugar (BS), triglyeeride (TG), glyeated hemoglobins(HbA^o), sICAM- 1 in three groups (T2DM group,T2DM with vascular diseases group and normal control group). Flesults In T2DM with and without vascular diseases, serum BS, TG, HbA1c, sICAM - 1 were significantly higher than that in normal controls (P 〈 0.01 ) ; In T2DM with vascular diseases, serum TG, sICAM - 1 were significantly higher than that in patients without vascular diseases (P 〈 0.01 ). sICAM -1 was positively correlated with HbA1c. Conclusion These results indicated that sICAM - 1 may involve in the inflammatory injury of vascular endothelial cells, and play a important role in the pathogenesis of T2DM patients with vascular diseases.
