摘要
[目的]优选双黄连滴丸的最佳制备工艺并进行溶出时限检查。[方法]对双黄连滴丸的基质、基质与药物的比例、滴制温度、冷凝剂冷凝温度进行筛选,以溶出仪进行溶出时限检查。[结果]双黄连滴丸的最佳制备工艺为:以水溶性基质1作为基质,药物与基质配比为1∶2,滴制温度为70℃,冷凝剂的冷凝温度为0~5℃。双黄连滴丸在6 min内全部溶解。[结论]双黄连滴丸制备工艺合理,溶出时限满足要求。
[Objective] To optimize the best technique for preparation of Shuanghuanglian(double eoptis ehinensis) Dripping Pill and to determine its dissolution limit. [Methods] The matrix, the proportion of the matrix and medicine, the temperature of its production and the temperature of condensation preparation of the dripping pill were screened. The dissolution limit was examined with dissolution instrument. [Results] The best technique of Shuanghuanglian was that one portion of water dissolved matrix served as the matrix, the proportion of medicine and matrix was 1:2, pill-producing temperature was 70 ℃, the used temperature of condensation preparation was 0-5 ℃. It was showed that the Shuanghuanglian could be fully dissolved within 6 minutes. [Conclusions] The technique for preparation of Shuanghuanglian Dripping Pill is reasonable and the dissolved limit is met with the requirement.
