摘要
本文介绍了螺纹钢轧辊数控铣床的工作原理.阐述了轧辊铣床数控系统的软件、硬件结构.实现方法和轨迹插补算法.该系统软、硬件均已调试成功.并已在多家冶炼厂投入使用.在应用中取得了良好的效果.
This paper first reviews running principle of computer numerical control ( CNC) machine for milling thread slot roller, and then software and hardware structure implementation method and path interpolating algorithm in the CNC system for milling thred slot roller are discussed in detail. The software and hardware have been debuged sucessfully. already used by a few metallurgical plants with good results.
