摘要
进入新世纪以来,激烈的市场竞争使得作为由企业联结构成的有机组织系统——网络组织随之而生。网络组织具有巨大优势和强大生命力的主要原因之一是其能够实现内部各企业之间的知识共享,而各种基本网络治理模式下的网络组织知识共享也具有不同的特点。要实现网络组织知识共享机制创新就必须掌握其特点,以达充分利用之目的。
