钛基氧化物Ru_((0.4-x))Ir_xTi_(0.6)电极电化学性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 应用热分解法制备Ru(0.4-x)IrxTi0.6三元金属氧化物电极,研究IrO2含量对电极析氯性能、催化选择性、强化寿命以及表面形貌的影响.结果表明:IrO2的加入使涂层的抗析氧腐蚀能力增强,膜电阻和反应电阻降低,强化寿命随着IrO2含量的增加而增长,由原来的1.0h提高到97h;IrO2含量为10%时,析氯电位低、析氧电位高、催化选择性好.一定量的IrO2的加入有利于细化晶粒、粗化表面. The metal oxide anode of Ru(0.4-x) Irx Ti0.6 has been prepared by thermal decomposition. The results indicate, that, when the percent of IrO2 is 10%, the electrode has low chlorine potential, high oxygen potential and excellent catalyze selectivity ; strengthen life is long with IrO2 content increased from 1. Oh to 97h. It shows that the electrode anti-oxide corrosion perform is improved and intensifying life is long with addition of IrO2. The film and reaction resistance are all fall with the addition of IrO2. The addition of IrO2 is in favor of thin crystal and makes the film more roughness.
