术前血C-反应蛋白水平与头颈肿瘤术后感染的关系 被引量:1

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PREOPERATIVE C-REACTIVE PROTEIN LEVEL AND POSTOPERATIVE INFECTION IN PATIENTS WITH TUMOR OF HEAD AND NECK

摘要 目的探讨头颈肿瘤病人术前血中C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平与术后感染的关系。方法以177例头颈肿瘤外科手术病人为研究对象,于手术前日常规行血CRP、清蛋白(ALB)以及白细胞计数(WBC)检查,并对术后感染的相关资料进行分析。结果177例病人术后发生感染21例(11.9%),其术前CRP水平明显高于未感染病人,两组之间差异有统计学意义(t=2.835,P<0.01)。术前CRP水平升高病人术后感染率为57.14%,明显高于术前CRP水平正常组(3.36%)(χ2=6.18,P<0.01);术前CRP水平升高病人术后住院时间明显长于术前CRP正常组,差异有显著性(t=2.215,P<0.05)。结论头颈肿瘤病人术前血清CRP水平升高者术后发生感染的危险性明显升高。 Objective To investigate the relationship between preoperative C-reactive protein (CRP) level and postoperative infection in patients with tumor of head or neck. Methods The levels of CRP, ALB and WBC in 177 patients were examined one day before operation. The data of C-reactive protein and infection were analyzed statistically. Results Twenty-one patients ( 11.9% ) were infected postoperatively, whose CRP level was significantly higher than that of non-infected patients (t = 2.835, P〈 0. 01). The postoperative infection rate of patients with high preoperative CRP level (57. 14%) was significantly higher than that with normal CRP level (3.36%) (χ^2 =6.18,P〈0.01). The hospital stay also longer in high-CRP patients (t=2. 215 ,P〈0.05). Conclusion Preoperative high level of C-reaction protein in patients with tumor of head or neck take a higher risk of postoperative infection.
