老年人血管内皮舒张功能变化与习练太极拳的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的:观察太极拳运动对老年人血管内皮舒张功能的影响。方法:试验于2005-04/2005-10在邵阳学院完成。①试验分组:选择32名健康男性老年人,年龄(58±5)岁。纳入标准:受试对象身体健康,运动能力较好,同质性高,纳入者知情同意。排除标准:患有高血压、心力衰竭、心律失常、糖尿病、肝肾功能不全者。将试验对象非随机分为太极拳组和对照组,每组16人,两组对象试验前在年龄、血糖代谢控制、营养状况、肝肾功能、血压等差异性均无显著意义。②试验方法:太极拳组由专业教练员指导习练二十四式简化太极拳和四十八式太极拳,学习阶段1个月,45min/次,5次/周;练习期5个月,60min/d,5d/周。对照组进行一般正常活动。③试验评估;运动前和运动后6个月对两组参与者血脂、血浆一氧化氮和血管内皮依赖性舒张功能测定。结果:纳入32名,均进入结果分析。①血脂和血浆一氧化氮的变化:与运动前比较,太极拳组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著降低(P<0.05);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血浆一氧化氮则显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。对照组锻炼前、后无明显变化。②肱动脉内皮舒张功能指标变化:与运动前比较,太极拳组静息状态肱动脉内径无明显变化;但反应性舒张程度较运动前显著提高(P<0.05)。对照组锻炼前后亦无明显变化。结论:太极拳运动能提高老年人内皮舒张功能,此作用可能与血脂改善和一氧化氮增加有关。 AIM:To explore the effect of Taijiquan on the endothelial diastolic function in elder. METHODS: The experiment was carried out in Shaoyang University from April to October in 2005.(1)A total of 32 healthy eldedy men aging (58±5) years were selected as test objects, and criteria of bringing into test was: be healthy, normal exercise ability and high similar habitus. Eliminating criteria: hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmia, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction. The objects were divided into exercise group and control group, each containing 16 subjects. There were no significant differences in the age, metabolic control, nutrient, liver and kidney function, blood pressure between the two groups. (2)Exercise group practices predigest 24 pattern and 48 pattern Taijiquan for six months, learning stage (1 month) was 45 minutes each time, five times a week; practice stage (5 months) was 60 minutes each time, five times a week. Elders in control group took normal activities.(3)Evaluation: The elders' blood fat, plasma nitrogen monoxidum (NO), and endothelium-dependent diastolic function were tested before exercise and six months after exercise. RESULTS: Totally 32 eldedy men were involved in the result analysis. (1)Compared with those before exercise, the triglyeride, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05) in exercise group. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol and plasma NO were increased significantly (P 〈 0.05, 0.01). There was no obvious change in control group before and after exercise.(2)The inner diameter of humerus artery in exercise group had no marked changes, but reactive diastolic degree increased markedly (P 〈 0.05). The control group showed no change. CONCLUSION: Taijiquan exercise may improve endothelial diastolic function in elders. Its mechanism may be related to the improvement of blood fat and the increase of NO.
