摘要
利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和极值法对两种同分异构体比例不同的双酚F环氧树脂(BPF-EP)/DDM体系固化动力学进行了研究,求得了体系的固化动力学参数,并对同分异构体比例与固化特性之间的关系进行了初步讨论。结果表明:当2,2′-结构含量由23.8%增加到31.5%时,由Kissinger和Ozawa方法计算得到的BPF-EP/DDM固化体系的表观活化能分别由58.57kJ·mol-1和62.53kJ·mol-1降至46.32kJ·mol-1和50.88kJ·mol-1;由Crane方程求得的表观反应级数分别为0.890和0.865。
Curing kinetics of two kinds of different isomers proportion diglycidylethers of bisphenol F three with 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM) hardener is studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and the extreme value method. Curing kinetic parameters are evaluated and the relationship between isomeric compound proportion of BPF and the curing properties is investigated. The results show that the nominal energies separately decrease from 58. 57 kJ· mol^-1and 62. 53 kJ ·mol^-1 to 46. 32 kJ · mol^-1 and 50. 88 kJ · mol^-1 calculated by Kissinger and Ozawa methods with increasing content of 2,2'- bis(hydroxyphenyl)methane isomers. The nominal reaction orders are 0. 890 and 0. 865 according to Crane function, respectively.
