摘要
调查显示,高校辅导员职业倦怠的情绪疲惫、去个人化、少成就感三个维度处于中等严重程度的水平,男辅导员的情绪疲惫程度显著高于女辅导员,重点本科院校辅导员的情感疲惫程度显著低于一般本科院校、高职大专院校的辅导员,但在去个人化和少成就感方面不同学校的辅导员之间无显著差异,研究生的成就感显著低于本科和大专生。教龄不同在职业倦怠的情感疲惫上有显著的主效应;月收入不同在职业倦怠的情感疲惫和成就感上有显著的主效应。
An investigation shows university instructors' mood exhaustion, no-personalization, and less achievement sense are in medium serious degree. The degree of mood exhaustion of male instructors is higher than that of female instructors, the key university instructors' is lower than the general university, and the higher vocational colleges, but in nopersonalization and less achievement sense, there is not obvious difference between different college instructors. Graduate students' sense of achievement is obviously loer than that of undergraduates' . Teaching age has a remarkable principal effect on mood exhaustion. And the monthly income has a remarkable principal effect on mood exhaustion and achievement sense.
