摘要
以金橘(品种:金弹与罗浮)果实为试材,研究了室温条件下臭氧处理对果实硬度、失重率、呼吸强度、相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。试验结果表明:臭氧可以明显抑制果实的呼吸强度,延缓果实硬度的下降,增强SOD活性,减少MDA的积累,降低果实组织相对电导率和失重率,从而有效地延缓果实的成熟衰老。
Kumquat (Fortunella Crassifolia Swingle and Fortunella Margarita Swingle) was used to study the effects of ozone on firmness, rate of weight loss, respiratory intensity, relative conductivity, MDA content and SOD activity. Results showed that ozone markedly inhibited the respiratory intensity of kumquat, delayed the decrease of the hardness, increase the SOD activity, slowed down the accumulation of MDA content, reduced the relative conductivity and rate of weight loss, and so significantly delayed maturity and senescence of fruit.
