摘要
未添加任何添加剂的普通原料,用原位水热法合成出纳米Y型分子筛,讨论了不同的陈化时间,不同的晶化时间以及不同晶化温度对制备纳米Y型分子筛的影响,并考察了纳米Y型分子筛的热稳定性。结果表明,较适宜的合成条件为:陈化19h,晶化时间为8h,晶化温度为100℃。
Nanoparticle NaY molecular sieve with hydrotherm techniques with ordinary materials. crystallization time and crystallization temperature crystal size 100nm was synthesized using static state The influences of factors, including aging time, on the formation of nanoparticle NaY molecular sieve were investigated. The results of XRD and SEM show that nanoparticle NaY molecular sieve can be obtained by 8h crystallization after 19h aging under 100℃.
