摘要
将带有组成型nifA基因的质粒导入慢生性大豆根瘤菌2210中,得到携带双拷贝nifA基因的慢生性大豆根瘤菌2210的重组菌:A2、A3、A9、A61、A62。以亲本2210作为对照进行盆栽试验,并选其中具有较强固氮能力的A62与亲本2210和另1个重组菌A61于黑龙江进行田间小区试验。结果表明,以A62接种的小区单位产量高出对照126%,而其亲本2210接种的小区单位产量仅高出对照28%。在河南进行的田间小区试验,再次显示A62的增产能力。
Transfering constitutive expression nifA gene into B. japonicum 22 10, and five transconjugants, they were named A2 A3 A9 A61 and A62, were selected for pot culture experiment with their parent 22 10 as control. The results showed the soya nodules formed by A62 had higher nitrogenase activity, 8 5times as high as that by parent 22 10. The dates of field trial experiment in Heilongjiang were statistically analysed. The result suggested that the yield of soya per unit in the fields inoculated with A62 increased by 12 6% over blank control, while that of parent 22 10 only by 2 8% over blank control. In the further field trial experiment in Henan, The result showed again that the yield of soya per unit in the fields inoculated with A62 increased over blank control and parent 22 10.
