摘要
本文以车用空调用电磁线圈罩体零件为研究对象,通过采用Deform-3D锻压有限元模拟分析软件与试验相结合的方法,研究了罩体类零件冲压冷锻成形工艺(Flow Control Forming of Sheet Metal)过程中金属流动规律,为优化模具结构和工艺参数提供了理论依据。研究结果表明:该模拟分析能够很好的指导生产实践。
Electromagnetic coil covering elements are the subjects in this paper.It studies the flow control forming of sheet metal from covering elements and its flow rule by the method of finite elements analysis and experiments. This study is a theory of optimizing the mold structure and technical parameter. The study result shows that this kind of simulation analysis can direct producing practice.
