摘要
[目的]了解云南省5个县(市、区)孕产妇艾滋病感染现状和流行特点。[方法]利用2004、2005、2006年1～10月HIV阳性孕产妇HIV抗体筛查报表和349例结案的HIV阳性孕产妇个案卡资料进行分析[结果]5县(市、区)2004年至2006年1～10月HIV阳性孕产妇检出率远高于云南省水平,HIV阳性孕产妇覆盖各类职业和当地主要民族;HIV阳性孕产妇平均年龄25岁、92.8%初中及以下文化程度、90.0%是农民和无业者;98.1%阳性孕产妇通过性感染,其中61.2%因与阳性配偶生活被感染;27%阳性孕产妇产时被确认,21%阳性产妇失去终止妊娠和母婴阻断机会。[结论]5县(市、区)艾滋病感染流行形势十分严峻。建议推行婚前HIV咨询检测和安全性行为宣传;开展社区健康教育,设立产前门诊常规HIV检测,提高孕妇HIV自愿咨询检测率等。
[Objective] To realize the characteristics of AIDS infection and the prevalence among pregnant women in 5 counties of Yunnan province, [Methods] The report forms of HIV screening in pregnant and lying-in women which were completed in 2004, 2005, and January to October, 2006 and the cards of 349 HIV positive cases were used to analyse the status. [Results] The pregnant and lying-in women living in five counties, covering all occupations and main nationalities in their reg-ions were infected with HIV, with the detection rate which was higher than other areas in Yunnan. The aberage age of the infected was 25, and 92.8% were under a cultural background of junior high school, 90% were fatmers or unemployed. 98.1% of the HIV pregnants were infected through sex of which 61.2% were infected by sex with their husbands. 27% of the infected Demons were diagnosed when delivery and 21% of them lost the opportunity of termination of pregnancy or PMTCT. [ Conclusion] The prevalence of AIDS in the 5 counties is very serious, so we should advance the HIV Voluntarv Consultation Test （VCT） and propaganda the safe behavior of sex, develop the community health education, set up routine HIV test in antenatal clinic, promote the HIV VCT rate and so on.
