慢性硬膜下血肿发病机制与治疗进展 被引量：42

摘要 关于慢性硬膜下血肿(chronic subdural haematoma,CSDH)的发病机制,渗透压梯度及半透膜学说已基本被否定,目前认为血肿外膜反复出血、局部凝血障碍是导致血肿扩大的主要病理基础,因而治疗方法可首选行颅骨钻孔引流术,强调术中反复冲洗,以恢复局部正常的凝血机制;对各种复发的、难治性CSDH目前仍以骨瓣开颅血肿清除术为主要治疗方法。
