摘要
[目的]探讨复方黄芪水提取物对小鼠耐缺氧能力的提高和抗疲劳作用.[方法]采用常压耐缺氧和负重游泳方法观察给予复方黄芪水提取物14,7 g/kg后小鼠的耐缺氧能力和负重游泳存活时间.[结果]14 g/kg复方黄芪水提取物可明显延长小鼠在缺氧状态下的存活时间和负重游泳时间.[结论]复方黄芪水提取物具有提高小鼠耐缺氧能力及抗疲劳作用.
OBJECTIVE To study the protective effect Astragali composite in mice. METHODS The capabilities of enduring hypoxia and anti-fatigue of the Radix of enduring hypoxia and weight loading swimming time were determined in mice by adopting high pressure bearing hypoxia and weight loading swimming ways. RESULTS Extract of Radix Astragali composite of 14 g/kg could significantly prolonged the survival time and weight loading swimming time in mice with hypoxia state. CONCLUSION Extract of Radix Astragali composite has abilities of enduring hypoxia and countering fatigue
