摘要
结合黑龙江省卫生改革与事业发展的实际,论述了学习《中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定》的体会,指出要认真学习、贯彻《决定》,统一对卫生事业是社会公益事业性质的认识;主动适应社会主义市场经济体制,深化卫生改革;大力弘扬白求恩精神,推动卫生系统精神文明建设。
For conscientious study and implementation of the Decision of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council concerning the Reform and Development of Health Services,the article discusses,in connection with the conditions of reform and development of health service industry in Heilongjiang Province,how to actively and effectively adapt to socialist market economy system through deepening health service reforms ;to explore well -integrated processes of developing material and spiritual civilization, along with making continuous efforts for carrying forward the spirit of Bethune; and to develop health services as social public welfare undertaking with the ablilty to function well enough to ensure that suitably trained professionals,appropriate health care facilities,and adequate financial resources are used and allocated to maximum social benefits.
