摘要
介绍了多楔带的结构及特点，结合多楔带在汽车发动机附件传动轮系中的应用，总结了多楔带传动轮系的布置设计方法和原则，分析了多楔带的静态张力、动态张力和寿命及其影响因素，给出了相应的计算公式。所有公式在小红旗轿车轮系设计中得到了应用与验证。
The article presents construction and features of poly rib belt driving,summarizes methods and principle of layout design of poly rib belt driving wheel system in combination of application of this type of driving system for automotive engine accessories,analyses static tension,dynamic tension,service life and its effecting factors,and gives out corresponding calculation expresions.All these expressions are applied to and verified in designing wheel system for engine accessories of the Red Flag car,among which the programing practice of calculation for belt length is proved to be of practical value.
