摘要
高职院校导师的职能与其它院校导师的职能应有所区别,高职院校导师可以发挥如下特殊职能:引导高职生定位自己的角色、对高职生进行职业道德教育和引导、指导学生职业技能训练、发掘和培养高职生专业技能特长、指导学生择业等。
The functions of tutors in higher vocational colleges are different from those in universities. Tutors in higher vocational colleges can help the students to know what they are, make them form higher professional ethics, guide them to grasp skills concerning their majors, help them gain one outstanding skill and help them get better jobs.
