摘要
目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤的急诊救治经验.方法 回顾性分析我院2000年1月～2006年1月间收治的102例重型颅脑损伤患者的救治,并对不同的格拉斯哥昏迷评分（GCS）患者的救治结果进行疗效评定.结果 102例重型颅脑损伤患者,死亡率为31.37%,其中GCS 3～5分的患者死亡率为46.8%,GCS 6～8分的患者死亡率为18.18%.结论 重视院前急救、早期诊断、及时手术、动态CT检查、正确处理合并伤、防治并发症,对降低重型颅脑损伤死亡率有积极意义.
Objective To discusses the experience of treatments on heavy skull damage. Methods The review analyzes of 102 patient＇s which treating and curing heavy skulls damage on my Hospital from January 2000 to January 2006. And evaluates the Curative effect in different （ C, CS） patient. Results On 102 patient＇s which were heavy skull damage , the mortality rate is 31.37%, in which C, CS 3 ~ 5 patients mortality rates were the 46.8%, GCS 6 ~ 8 patients mortality rates were 18.18%. Condusion In front of the value courtyard administers first aid, the early diagnosis, the prompt surgery, the dynamic CT inspection, the correct processing merge wound, the preventing and controlling complication, to reduces the heavy skull damage mortality rate to have the positive sense.
