摘要
地下空间开发是目前世界各国解决城市人口、资源、环境等问题的有效措施,是实施城市可持续发展,构建和谐城市的重要途径。本文基于城市和谐发展理念,针对重庆市现阶段地下空间开发利用状况与存在的问题,分析了重庆进行一体化地下空间开发利用的需求和所具备的条件,指出了一体化地下空间开发利用的重点发展地区,并着重对重庆市一体化地下空间发展模式及市场运营模式进行了探讨,对合理开发利用重庆市地下空间、构建和谐重庆具有重要意义。
Exploitation and utilization of underground space is an important method to solve the problems of population, resource and environment in city and to advance the urban sustainable and harmonious development. Based on the current development of underground space in Chongqing, this paper analyzes the requirements and conditions which incorporate underground space exploitation needs. Accordingly, the main districts to be incorporate develop are point out. Finally, the modes of development and operation in incorporating underground space are disscussed. It makes sense to rational exploitation and utilization of underground space and harmonious development in Chongqing.
