摘要
通过分析高校大型仪器设备开放与管理中存在的普遍问题,结合自己的工作实践,从集中管理、日常运行维护、开放共享、评估体系、建立维修及运行专用基金、管理技术队伍建设等方面提出自己的一些看法和意见,以探讨如何加强开放管理,提高仪器使用效益。
Combining the practice, this article analyzed some problems existed in the equipment＇ s sharing and management in the universities. Some opinions and suggestions about the centralization management, daily operation, resource sharing, evaluation system, establishment of fund for equipment＇ s maintaining and operation were expatiated as well as the establishment of the technical group. Meanwhile, the approach on the strengthening of the opening and management of the instruments and equipment were discussed in order to improve equipment＇s usage efficiency.
