摘要
根据板的弹塑性稳定等理论,推导出型钢的混凝土临界保护层厚度.同时,在大量型钢混凝土组合结构粘结性能试验数据的基础上,考虑混凝土强度、型钢表面状况、混凝土保护层厚度、型钢配钢率、相对锚固长度五个主要影响因素,用安全系数反映其它因素影响,回归得到粘结强度计算公式,分析确定了安全系数等参数的具体值.与已有试验结果和国外规范作了比较,证明了公式的可靠性.公式可为型钢混凝土粘结性能的试验研究及理论分析提供参考和依据.
By applying the board elastic-plastic theory, the critical thickness of concrete cover is derived. Meanwhile, based on data from many previous steel reinforced concrete(SRC) experiments, a calculation formula of maximum average bond stress is established. Several factors which affect the bond stress are discussed, such as concrete strength, relative interface length, thickness of concrete cover. Meanwhile, the value of the safe factor is defined by analysis. Comparing the estimates with the past test results, the formula warrants safety and serviceability. All these may contribute to the further analysis in SRC structures.
