Empirical Research of Private Small Enterprises Innovativeness based on the Resource-based View

摘要文章在企业资源观点的框架内分析了民营小企业的创新因素,在此基础上建立了一个简单的民营中小企业创新影响因子模型,以对25家民营小企业为样本,分析了民营小企业的各因素对创新的影响,结果表明,小企业主/经理的工作经验、研发开支占销售收入的比例和机器设备改进能力对小企业创新有显著影响。 The factors of influencing innovativen＇s of private small enterprises are analyzed based on the resource-based view. And the predicting variables of innovativen＇s models is established. The empirical research of 25 small enterprises samples indicated that the working experiences of owners/managers, the proportion of R＆D expenditures to sales and machine adaptation capabilities are significantly related to innovativeness in private small enterprises.
