摘要
目的探讨采用钢丝捆扎法治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ型尺骨冠状突骨折的生物力学性能,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法采集成人新鲜固定9具肘关节尸体完整标本,行实验应力分析和压敏片技术测量,测试该术式的生物力学特性和关节接触特征。结果生物力学测试结果表明,钢丝捆扎内固定治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ型尺骨冠状突骨折,其生物力学剪切强度和轴向剪切刚度达到正常尸体标本的水平,统计学显示无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论钢丝捆扎内固定治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ型尺骨冠状突骨折,符合肘关节内固定的生物力学原理,且手术简单、实用、易于推广应用。
Objective To probe the application value of wiring internal fixation for treatment of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ fractures of coronoid process of the ulna. Methods Nine fresh adult corpse elbow joints were adopted in the stress analysis experiment for the study of characteristic of the biomechanical and joint contact. Results The study showed that the treatment of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ fractures of coronoid process of the ulna with the revised wiring internal fixation made the ulna achieve the standard of shear force of normal corps. The difference was no statistically significant (P 〉0.05). Conclusion The wiring internal fixation is an effective method in the treatment of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ fractures of coronoid process of the ulna and is consonant with the elements of biomechanics of elbow.
