摘要
国家测绘局于2006年7月在网站上正式发布了一套《中华人民共和国地图》和《世界地图》。为了方便大家的使用,本文介绍了利用MapInfo地理信息系统,对《中华人民共和国地图》进行配准的方法,使得用户可以在MapInfo系统中,非常方便地在地图上添加各种以点、线、面等要素内容。本文同时给出了用程序控制使用地图的过程,给出了经纬度投影到地图、地图坐标转换成经纬度的转换公式,并在网上给出了全部地图配准后的TAB文件及VB控制程序。
A series of maps of China and maps of the world was published on the net by state bureau of surveying and mapping in july, 2006. The authors register the maps in MapInfo system so they all have geographic coordinates now. People can add elements such as dots, lines or panels to the maps conveniently in the MapInfo system. This article also explains how to apply the maps in VB. Formulas on how longitude/latitude coordinate system is transformed into right-angle coordinate system and then into screen coordinate system is explained in this article as well. The authors also have the files packed and put it on the net so everyone can download and use them.
