摘要
为了提高压电超声换能器的系统效率,保证换能器安全工作,利用换能器等效电路方法,分析了匹配电路的调振匹配和阻抗匹配功能.提出了频率跟踪结合数字电感实现调谐匹配的方法,并对调谐匹配方法进行了实验验证.以含源网络电路分析方法为基础,从理论上证明了实现换能器阻抗匹配的最佳条件.实验结果表明,频率跟踪结合数字电感实现调谐匹配的方法是有效的.
In order to increase the system efficiency of piezoelectric transducer and ensure its working safety, the resonance matching function and impedance matching function were analyzed based on the equivalent circuit of the transducer. The method of combining frequency tracking and digital inductance to ensure resonance matching is presented. Experiments were carried out to verify the method. Based on the analysis of a circuit including power supply, the best impedance matching conditions were derived by the theory. Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective.
