摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法在表面包覆了ZnO的磁基体γ-Fe2O3上负载TiO2,光催化还原法在其表面沉积Ag,得到了易于磁性固液分离的磁载Ag-TiO2/ZnO/γ-Fe2O3复合光催化剂。通过XRD、EDX和TEM等测试技术对该复合催化剂进行了表征。以可溶性染料亚甲基兰为降解对象,研究了ZnO的存在和Ag不同含量对复合光催化剂催化活性的影响及催化剂回收再利用的可行性。结果表明,0.5%(质量分数)Ag-TiO2/ZnO/γ-Fe2O3(其中m(TiO2)∶m(ZnO)∶m(γ-Fe2O3)=14∶3∶3)的复合光催化剂具有最高的光催化活性,在3次循环使用后仍能保持较好的光催化性能。
Magnetic photoeatalyst(Ag-TiO2/ZnO/γ-Fe2O3 ) was prepared by photoreducing Ag( Ⅰ )-EDTA to Ag metal on TiO2 surface with magnetite ZnO/γ-Fe2O3 as a matrix. The photocatalysts were characterized by means of XRD, EDX and TEM, respectively. The photocatalysis of the catalyst was tested with methylene blue as decomposition substance. The influence of the presence of ZnO and Ag content on the photocatalytic activity was investigated. The results show that 0. 5% ( mass fraction) Ag-TiO2/ZnO/γ-Fe2O3 ( 14:3 : 3 ) had the highest photocatalytic activity and its photoeatalytic activity remained good even after three cycles.
