摘要
结合高校图书馆在电子资源利用上的实际情况,提出应采取加强电子馆藏建设、改善电子资源的技术环境和服务环境等措施来提高电子资源利用率。
In combination with the actual conditions of university libraries in utilizing electronic resources, this paper suggests that we should strengthen the construction of library electronic resources and improve their technical and service environment so as to raise the utilization rate of electronic resources.
