摘要
对２８例非糖尿病高血压病（ＥＨ）患者进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验，同步检测其血浆胰岛素（ＩＳ）、Ｃ肽（ＣＰ）、胰高糖素（ＧＬ），并计算ＩＳ敏感性指数（ＩＳＩ）．结果显示：与对照组相比，ＥＨ组空腹及服糖后ＩＳ及ＣＰ增高，ＩＳＩ降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），空腹及服糖后ＧＬ无显著性差异．提示ＥＨ患者胰岛素抵抗的同时并无ＧＬ抑制性下降．
non-diabetes hypertensives (NDH) were given a resistant test of oral glucose, which was conducted concomitantly with the assay of their plasma insulin (PS), C-peplide (CP) and glucagon (GL), and with the calculation of insulin sensitivity index (ISI). In contrast to the control group, the results from NDH group revealed a rise of PS and CP, a fall of ISI ( P <0.05), but no significant change of GL whether on empty stomach or with glucose taken. All this suggested that in NDH patients, glucagon was not depressed when insulin was resisted.
