摘要
介绍了模糊决策的基本理论方法，并把模糊决策理论应用于工程量清单计价模式下的工程评标环节，并给出了具体的算例，指出采用模糊决策理论得出的结构比较符合实际，并增强了决策的科学性。
The article introduces fuzzy decision theory and applies it inbidding on the valuation mode of quantities bill, on the other hand, a example of engineering is given, points out that the structure gained from fuzzy decision theory is more realstic, and enhances the scientificity of decision-making.
