摘要
目的建立茯苓山药片中添加格列本脲的检验方法。方法采用HPLC法及IR法对茯苓山药片中添加的化学药格列本脲进行了定性分析,并进行分析方法的验证。结果建立的定性方法专属性强,检测限为1.2 mg.L-1。结论本文提供的检测方法可用于检出茯苓山药片中添加的化学成分格列本脲。
Aim To establish an examination method for glibenclamide added in poria and rhizoma dioscoreae tablets. Methods The chemical drug glibenclamide, added in poria and rhizoma dioscoreae tablets, was analyzed qualitatively by HPLC and IR, while the results had been verified. Results The specificity of the method was good, and the limit of detection for HPLC was 1.2 mg · L^ - 1 o Conclusion The detection method and projects in this paper can detect the chemical compound glibenclamide that was added illegally in poria and rhizoma dioscoreae tablets.
