摘要
对专家以及专家的审稿意见进行质疑的编辑学文章不多见。本文基于编辑的视角,从专家本身的局限性和专家审稿意见本身反映的问题这两个维度,探讨了编辑应该如何正确看待专家和专家审稿意见,指出部分专家审稿意见的可信度并不高。
There are few editorial articles which question experts and the views on manuscripts given by the experts. Therefore, this article,from an editor＇s angle of view, with a view to the limitation of experts themselves and the problems reflected in the experts＇views on manuscripts, inquires into the question how editors should assess the experts and their views given after going over manuscripts and points out that the credibility of a few experts＇views on manuscripts is not high.
