摘要
在经济全球化时代,一个国家的国际竞争力不仅仅来源于传统的硬实力,更重要的取决于知识产权带来的软实力。我国加强知识产权保护的重要战略意义在于软实力的提升,具体表现为自主创新能力的增强,社会主义市场经济体制的完善,经济综合实力的提高,国家经济安全的维护和国际吸引力的上升。因此,加强知识产权保护应成为我国一项长远的发展战略。
In the age of the economic globalization, international competitiveness of a state is not merely dependent on traditional hard power, but increasingly on soft power originating from the intellectual property. The important strategic significance generating from the protection for intellectual property, to our state, lies in the promotion of soft power, of which the way is to enhance the capability of independent innovation, improve the socialist market economic system, reinforce the overall strength of our economy, safeguard national economic security and increase international appeal. Therefore, that strengthening the protection for intellectual property is supposed to be a long- term developmental strategy of our state.
