摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜下子宫颈癌根治术的围手术期护理。方法:做好术前准备,给予心理支持和健康指导,降低病人的应激反应。术后严密病情观察,及时正确的术后指导和护理,严防并发症的发生。结果:11例病人中,1例发生皮下气肿、2例发生肩部疼痛和1例发生尿潴留的并发症,均经正确的治疗和护理治愈。结论:护理人员要不断地学习新知识、新技术,才能适应腹腔镜手术发展需要。
Objective To explore perioperative nursing of cervical cancer by abdominal cavity lens. Methods To make a full preparation before operation, to give a guide to health and mentality, to reduce patients＇ emergency reaction, It＇s necessary to inspect patients＇ condition and to nurse patients correctly for preventing complication. Results There was a patient catching cutaneous emphysema, two cases aching on shoulders and one having urinary retention among eleven patients who had underdone correct therapy and nursing. Conclusion Surgery by abdominal cavity lens is more often applied to clinical medicine. It＇s necessary for nurses to learn new knowledge and technology to meet requirement of modem medicine.
