摘要
本文对西方保险公司组织结构变革的最新发展趋势,以及国内外保险公司在组织结构设置方面的做法进行了研究和分析,并针对我国保险公司组织结构设计和变革提出了几点建议,旨在为我国保险公司提供有益的参考与借鉴。
This paper attempts to offer useful references for domestic insurers in designing organizational structure by studying the latest development of their western peers, and comparing different practices adopted by domestic and foreign insurers in designing and changing organizational structure. The paper puts forward a few suggestions for domestic insurers.
