摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜子宫切除术的术前、术中护理的最佳方法。方法:通过对45例腹腔镜子宫切除术的术前、术中临床资料进行全面分析,总结出术前护理和术中配合方法。结果:45例患者均取得了满意的效果。结论:通过术前充分的准备及术中洗手护士的认真配合,巡回护士对大型仪器的熟练操作与周密护理是手术配合成功的关键。
Objective： Discussions on the best approaches on uterus removal with celioscope before and in the operation. Method： The appropriate methods are concluded by giving the overall analysis of 45 cases. Results： The operations and nursing have been successful in 45 eases. Conclusion： it is the key that plentiful pre-operation preparations, nice nursing cooperation and good operating skills on the large equipment are necessary.
