摘要
第三方管理（TPA）在国外医疗保障领域中有着广泛的应用，这一机制一方面能改善患者在医疗关系中的地位，另一方面可促进医疗事业的健康发展。目前，我国医疗市场尚存在结构性缺陷。作者在借鉴国外经验的基础上，介绍了TPA机制的内涵，探讨了在我国引进TPA机制的可行性，分析了TPA机制优化医疗市场结构的机理，提出了在我国医疗保障领域引进TPA机制的政策建议。
Third party administration （TPA） is widely applied in foreign medical market. It can not only help to improve the status of patients in medical relations, but also promote the healthy development of medical undertakings. At present, there still exist structural defects in Chinese medical market. Using the experience of foreign countries for reference, this paper introduces the connotation of TPA mechanism, discusses the feasibility of introducing TPA mechanism to optimize the medical market structure in China, and advances oolicv Proposals on introducing TPA mechanism to China.
