摘要
文章从工艺设计、主要设备的研发介绍了30×104m3/d国产天然气三甘醇脱水装置的研发过程。对天然气三甘醇脱水装置中的关键设备——吸收塔、重沸器等的设计要点、优化情况、关键控制点以及制造与成撬情况进行了介绍,阐述了天然气三甘醇脱水装置国产化的积极意义。通过与国外进口的同类设备的对比测试,其水露点指标高出国外同类进口设备约3倍,价格只是同类型进口设备的70%。由于天然气三甘醇脱水装置的国产化,在经济上已累计为国家节约资金达1500万元以上,有非常好的市场前景。
The paper introduced the technological design and development process of 30×104 Nm3/d domestic natural gas TEG dehydration device. The absorption tower, reboiler etc. are the key equipments of natural gas TEG dehydrations equipment. Their design point, optimization, the key control point and make situation were also presented. Through comparative analysis with ilk overseas equipments, water dew point index of domestic natural gas TEG dehydration device is three times that of same kind import equipment, but price is just 70% that of ilk import equipment. It has very nice market foreground.
