摘要 等温挤压是镁合金材料的重要加工方法,它能改善制品的质量,提高制品的力学性能。研究了等温挤压AZ31镁合金材料的力学性能。结果表明:等温挤压显著地提高AZ31镁合金的强度、硬度,但当变形程度达到82%以上时,其强度不再增加,反而下降。材料的硬度有方向性。 Isothermal extrusion is an important way of magnesium alloy applied widely in made of machine, also it is an important manual of technology improving quality and properties of mechanics of the extrudate. In this thesis, it had fmished the study of AZ31 magnesium alloy' s properties of mechanics on isothermal extrusion, and had analysed the law of the mechanic of AZ31 in isothermal extrusion. The results show the isothermal extrusion will improve the tensile strength and the hardness of AZ31 magnesium alloy very much and the tensile strength will attain the top while AZ31 magnesium alloy have deformed over 82% strain, the tensile strength will decrease, and the hardness has propertice of the orientation.
