摘要
随着城市建设规模的不断扩大,道路基础设施的建设已经开始由地面转向高空和地下,建设理念也由过去的只重建设,转变为现在的建管并重,管理的重要性日渐突出。针对目前城市中不断兴起的高架道路的管理问题,提出建立一个基于GIS的城市快速路交通信息管理及评价分析系统,并对该系统的功能、系统的设计及实现进行了介绍,以上海市的城市快速路交通信息管理和分析评价系统为例,说明了系统的应用。
As the expansion of city, the construction of road have been from ground to air and underground. In the past, the government have done a lot in construction, however, they have paid much more attention to management now. Urban expressway have been constructed in some cities, and the management of urban expressway is a problem needed to be solved. This paper established an urban expressway traffic information management, evaluation and analysis system based on GIS, It introduces the function ,design and the establishment of the system, and an example of system in Shanghai is given to introduce the application of the system.
