摘要
目的报告糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者合并冠心病心功能不全与口腔疾病的诊治经验。方法对13名（57～68岁）尿毒症合并口腔疾病患者进行了规律的个体化血液透析、药物,口腔疾病专科治疗。结果透析后临床表现显著好转,BUN和Scr下降,CO2CP,IgG上升（P〈0.01）,齿龈炎、口腔出血、口腔修复取得良好治疗效果。结论恰当透析、药物、口腔专科治疗糖尿病肾病尿毒症合并冠心病心功能不全与口腔疾病,能取得满意的疗效。
Objective Diagnostics and treatment of diabetic nephropathy uremic patient with coronary heart diseases cardiac insufficiency and some oral diseases are reported in the paper. Methods A prospective observational study was conducted. Thirteen patients, aged 57 to 68, were investigated. Recommendation regarding type of dialysis must be individualized. Some drugs and special oral treatment were used. Results After treatment, patients conditions were improved apparently, serum BUN, CRE, P, deceased, serum Ca and CO2 CP increased significantly. Conclusion Appreopriate dialysis, drugs, stomatology comprehensive treatment show a relatively good therapeutic effect for diabetic nephropathy uremic patient with coronary heart diseases cardiac insufficiency and some oral diseases.
