摘要
目的研究番茄红素对乌拉坦诱导小鼠肺癌的影响。方法以乌拉坦(1000 mg/kg)1次腹腔注射诱导小鼠肺肿瘤,用番茄红素喂养小鼠18周,观察肿瘤发生率,检测小鼠血清和肺组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)与肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量。结果番茄红素对乌拉坦诱导小鼠肺癌形成后SOD,CAT的活性及IL-2与TNF-α含量有回升作用,并能阻止与癌变相应的GST活性及MDA含量的增高,降低肿瘤发生率。结论番茄红素对乌拉坦诱导的小鼠肺癌有预防作用,主要机制可能与其抗氧化和免疫调节作用有关。
Objective To study the effect of lycopene on lung carcinogenesis induced by urethane. Methods The mouse lung carcinoma was induced by intraperitioneal urethane 1000 mg/kg. The animals were treated with lycopene for 18 weeks to investigate the rate of tumor formation. The activities of SOD,CAT,GST and the contents of MDA,IL-2 and TNF-α in serum and in lung homogenate were tested. Results Lycopene could increase the activities of SOD and CAT, increase the content of IL-2 and TNF-α, prevent GST and MDA from increasing, reduce the rate of carcinogenesis. Conclusion Lycopene can prevent lung carcinogenesis induced by urethane, which might be related to its antioxidantion and immune -regulation .
