摘要
研究了TiH2-45Al-0.2Si-5Nb和TiH2-45Al-0.2Si-7Nb2种粉末的机械合金化过程及放电等离子烧结的微观组织结构特征。结果表明,球磨过程中,在粉末粒度减小的同时有TiAl,Ti3Al和Ti2Al金属间化合物产生。球磨30h时,混合粉末所获得的粒度最小。球磨后粉末采用放电等离子烧结,可在很短的时间内完成烧结过程,烧结组织由细小的球状TiAl和Ti3Al相组成,且随烧结时间增加微观组织晶粒更为细小。
The mechanical alloying of TiH2-45Al-0.2Si-5Nb and TiH2-45Al-0.2Si-7Nb powders and their microstructure characteristics of sintered bodies by spark plasma sintering were investigated. The results showed that the particle sizes of the powders were reduced and the intermetallic compounds TiAl, Ti3Al, and Ti2Al were formed during milling. The particle size of mixture powder is the minimum of about 1 μm for the TiH2-45Al-0.2Si-7Nb after milling for 30 h. The sintering can be finished within very short time if adopting spark plasma sintering for the milled powder. The microstructure of the sintered bodies were composed of fine global phases of TiAl and Ti3Al, trending to be finer and finer with the increase of sinter time.
